On October 27-28, the Regional Meeting of epidemiologists, virologists and infectious disease specialist from the CIS countries was held in Sochi. This time, 189 practitioners from Russia, Armenia, Belarus, Azerbaijan, Tajikistan, Turkmenistan, Kazakhstan, Kyrgyzstan, and Uzbekistan gathered in the city of the Black Sea to highlight the measles and rubella elimination program.
Our company acted as a key coordinator of the event, providing a wide range of services. We booked hotel rooms for the participants of the meeting, organized a comfortable flight and transportation services, took care of three meals a day and regular coffee breaks, produced printing materials (badges, notebooks, pens, folders, bags of participants, information boards), and press walls.
