On October 20-21, we held the International Scientific Conference on "Innovative Processes in Chemistry, Petrochemistry, and Oil Refining". Members of the leading universities from Switzerland, Belgium, the Netherlands, and Finland gathered in St. Petersburg to present their works and be engaged in the outstanding event of the international community.
Organization of events on "a turnkey basis"
We managed to organize the event on "a turnkey basis" in a short time. We provided a full scale of services: transport service, choice and purchase of tickets, catering and accommodation of guests. Within the cultural program, the guests were able to visit the Hermitage and Tsarskoye Selo. The first night of the event ended up with a gala dinner, which was executed by our employees.
In addition, we were responsible for the technical equipment of the event and provided handouts. Participants were given folders, pens, notebooks, badges and souvenirs, manufactured by the Imperial Porcelain Factory.
Lest anyone miss a thought in the course of the conference, caused by the language barrier, we provided simultaneous interpreters with narrow knowledge in innovative processes in chemistry, petrochemistry, and oil refining.
The second day was marked by the opening of the laboratory of Catalytic Research SPbSTI. At the opening, we organized a welcome cocktail party and decorated the venue, which helped create a more festive setting.
Our work resulted in the big number of positive feedback from the participants and experts.
