On December 1, 2016 the Domina Prestige Hotel hosted a panel discussion, dedicated to the provision of a comfortable and safe stay of foreign citizens in St. Petersburg. The event was of great importance and aimed at creation of a positive image and tourism potential of our city. The discussion was attended by representatives of St. Petersburg diplomatic corps.
We organized the event on a turnkey basis: designed a concept and program of the event, chose a hall and provided equipment, and ensured the registration of participants in the specialized electronic system, organized consecutive interpreting. The event image development was included in area of our responsibility, too: we prepared a printing design, provided printed materials (information boards, roll-ups, program leaflets). During coffee breaks and a cocktail party, participants had the opportunity to have drinks and snacks.
