Between September 4 and 27, our company acted as the main contractor of the advanced training courses for experts from the CIS countries. Experts from Belarus and Kazakhstan arrived in Saratov to undergo a three-week medical training course in the Russian Research Anti-Plague Institute "Microbe" Saratov.
About the event
Advanced training of the CIS practitioners — is an important and responsible task that we faced for the second time. Previously, we were responsible for the organization of courses at the Institute "Microbe" in June and we are pleased to host current courses.
RusRAPI "Microbe" (founded in 1918) is the oldest research anti-plague institute in our country, the largest research institution, the main center for the sanitary-epidemiological protection of the territory of the Russian Federation of the border control and spread of dangerous infectious diseases.
Experts took part in the theoretical and practical sessions on spread, diagnostics, and treatment methods of the most dangerous infectious diseases, learned how to respond to emergencies of epidemiological nature, and discussed the bioterrorism and even more.
The organization of the event
We were responsible for the organization of the event on "a turnkey basis". Among our duties were provision of all services from purchasing tickets and providing pens and notebooks to organizing the delivery of furniture and flower compositions.
The list of our services includes:
- group flight from Belarus and Kazakhstan
- transport service
- accommodation of participants in hotel
- meals (breakfast, lunch, coffee breaks, dinner)
- production of printed materials (folders, notebooks, pens, flash drives, badges)
- production of flags of Belarus, Kazakhstan, Russia, and the Federal Service on Surveillance for Consumer rights protection and human well-being
- delivery of flower compositions
- provision of furniture (stand, podium table)
- provision of medical supplies
- photographer service
- organization of sightseeing tours (sightseeing tour around Saratov, as well as a trip to Yuri Gagarin's landing place in the city of Engels).
The high level of organization of the event was marked by the participants and the organizers.
