From July 24 to August 8, we were in charge of the NSU involvement at the International Conference on High Energy Physics ”Snowmass on the Mississippi” and TLEP Seminar in the United States. We provided accommodation for participants in Batavia, Illinois, the relocation along the route Novosibirsk-Moscow-New York-Chicago-Minneapolis and back, and supplied shuttles for the duration of the conference as well.
