Representatives of the academic community of Russia, Belarus, Ukraine, the USA, the Netherlands, Great Britain, Bosnia and Herzegovina, met in the capital of Tatarstan to take part in the conference "Heat and Mass Transfer and Hydrodynamics In Swirling Flows".
The event was held at a modern hotel located in the heart of the city, — "Kazan Grand Hotel". The employees of our company made every effort to provide the best performance of the conference at the highest international level: booked hotel rooms for business meetings, provided interpreters and simultaneous equipment, as well as catering services. Each member of the event got "a prepared bag", which included a notebook, badge, pen, a diploma and a flash drive, as well as a printed conference leaflet and necessary papers (speaking notes and scientific works).
During three days, member of the Academy of Sciences, professors and other scientific activists were presenting their reports, concerning the fundamental research in physics.
The cultural part of the program was equally full. The night sightseeing tours, conducted under our guidance, around Kazan and island of Sviyazhsk produced a great impression on all participants of the conference. We provided convenient shuttles, and a guide, who told a fascinating story about the sights of "the third Russian capital".
On the last day of the conference, each participant got a gift, prepared by our managers: a book about Kazan, souvenir embroidered skullcaps, and Çäkçäk.
