On October 16-20, we provided services for organizing and conducting the Theatre Competition. The All-Russian Festival of Theatre Amateurs of the Urals and Siberia— brought together 12 teams from 6 regions: the Krasnoyarsk and Altai Territory, the Khanty-Mansi Autonomous Okrug, Omsk, Chelyabinsk, and Novosibirsk Regions.
We chose the site for the competition, workshops, and roundtables, attracted participants and respected jury members, where were distinguished Russian musicians, film and theatre actors.
Our employees booked hotel rooms, monitored timely delivery of transport, organized breakfasts, lunches, and dinners.
We were also responsible for technical support of the event and provided the necessary multimedia equipment.
The festival contributed to the successful execution of its main goals: to show the achievements in the field of regional amateur theatrical art, to determine the directions of advancement of theatrical genre.
