3— On August 9, 2011, the St. Petersburg State University hosted the II Youth Dialogue, featuring students from various Russian and Korean universities. Within the Youth Dialogue, participants were able to hold an evidence-based exchange of views, offered crucial and useful ideas on addressing current challenges in different areas of youth activities. Upon termination, the written appeal to the presidents of both countries was drawn up following the outcomes of the event.
