4 — on December 17, Moscow hosted a training seminar on Prevention of Spread of HIV Strains Resistant to Antiretroviral Therapy in the Recipient countries". The event was attended by 12 experts in virology. The main topic of discussion was the prevention of the spread of HIV strains in Belarus, Armenia, Azerbaijan, Kyrgyzstan, Tajikistan, and Uzbekistan.
Our company was in charge of a significant part of organizational issues of this important event. We purchased tickets for the participants, provided the transport service of the event, and arranged hotel accommodation. We were also responsible for meals (breakfast, lunch, coffee breaks, and dinner).
To ensure the highest level of the event, we have organized the work with the seminar venue: rented a hall, provided full technical support, prepared a package with stationery (a pen, notebook, paper sheets, a seminar program, information leaflets and data on the epidemiological situation for the current year, and flash drives).
The life and health of participants during the seminar were insured by our company.
