Provision of services for participants of St. Petersburg International Economic Forum — is an honorable and responsible task, which we are proud to fulfill for the sixth consecutive year. This year we provided services for participants of the forum on four stands, which indicates the sustainable development of the U24 within the SPIEF.
Throughout the Forum 2016, we executed the following:
- sightseeing tours
- sale of theater tickets
- sale of air and raiway tickets
- taxi service
- reservation of tables in restaurants
How was the organization?
We were pleased to express a careful attitude to each client, advising a play or concert, a tour or a cozy restaurant in St. Petersburg. If a participant was scheduled to meet immediately after the events of the forum, an administrator took him/her up to a car, which was already waiting for him/her. If a participant planned to have dinner at a restaurant, we reserved the best table— since we cooperated with the best city restaurants. If a participant planned to go on a tour, we advised a guided tour based on the time available and in accordance with our experience.
We expect to continue our cooperation with one of the most prestigious forums in Russia and level the quality of services up in compliance with the expectations imposed by the high status of the event.
