In early September we took part in the organization of the Forum in Astrakhan. We selected 12 experts, and they held a series of lectures and workshops within the 3d Youth Forum of Southern Russian Youth "”SeliAs”". Lectures were aimed at the fostering youth cooperation in social, political, and economic spheres as well as the exchange of experiences between young people from different countries and cultures.
In order to provide a comfortable trip for the experts across the whole country from Moscow to Astrakhan, managers of our company elaborated a convenient direct flight. During the event, we arranged accommodation, three meals a day and regular coffee breaks. In addition, to ensure the successful conduction of the event, our company supplied technically serviceable multimedia equipment, as well as handouts and certificates for participants.
Moreover, we made every effort to enable the work of "the Conveyor of youth projects", where experts were involved in advising participants of the Forum on projects and workshops.
