From December 1 to 3, we organized an event in the capital of Belarus. Forty healthcare specialists gathered to discuss such a crucial topic as the laboratory diagnosis of measles and rubella in the European Region.
We chose the venue for workshop beforehand and provided necessary multimedia equipment.
Another priority was the selection of best flight routes for delegates from the neighboring state. Our managers chose the most convenient direct flights. At the airport, the participants were met by our coordinator, who, during a three-day seminar, both helped with the organization of leisure activities and met all the challenges.
In Minsk, the participants were accommodated in hotel rooms and had three meals a day.
Each practitioner was provided with a printing bag consisting of folders, pens, notepad, flash drive, program, and badge, and at the end of the seminar — was given the participant’s certificate.
A sightseeing tour around Minsk became a great bonus for participants.
