Now we can boast! Our company has organized "The Conveyor of Youth Projects", commissioned by the Federal Agency for Youth Affairs within three forums.
In Russia, June was really fruitful in terms of youth forums.Three events took place in different cities of our country: ”Morning – 2015” in Tyumen, ”iVolga-2015” in Samara and ”Baikal”, in the Olkhon District of the Irkutsk Region. The forums are aimed at a joint search and development of projects, fostering economic, civil, and cultural development of the Russian Federation.
Within three forums with assistance of the Federal Agency for Youth Affairs the Grants Competition "The Conveyor of Youth Projects" was held, aimed at finding the best projects. The competition was implied to enable highly comprehensive consultations, workshops, and lectures of the federal and international experts.
Our company was in charge of the comprehensive organization of the federal competition in Tyumen, Samara, and Irkutsk Regions. In particular, we have ensured the arrival and accommodation of experts from Moscow alternately on three events. The huge amount of logistics was done: we bought tickets, resolved the issues with accommodation and meals. Among other things, we produced printed products, adapted for each of the forums, as well as supplied technical equipment for reports (spotlight, screens, laptops, microphones, etc).
The total number of participants in youth forums in Tyumen, Samara, and the Olkhon District of the Irkutsk Region was 4,000. The most active participants could not only discuss their ideas and gain valuable expert advice but ensured financial support for the execution of their projects.
