On May 20-21, we were responsible for the organization of the III International Youth Patriotic Forum, which was held in St. Petersburg at the Tauride Palace with the support of the Committee on Youth Policy and Interaction with public organizations.
In the course of the event, we were in charge of the key organizational issues: choosing the sites with necessary technical equipment and tools for conducting workshops, providing accommodation, transportation, catering, carrying out design, production of printing products, photo shooting, as well as information coverage in the media and social networks.
The Forum, which has become one of the business cards of the city life, gathered over 500 delegates from the whole of Russia. The participants shared their experiences on the development of patriotic education of youth, carried out round tables and plenary sessions, and determined the perspectives of project works of public associations. Among the honorary guests of the Forum were Georgy Poltavchenko, Governor of St. Petersburg, Nina Shubina, member of St. Petersburg Election Committee, veterans of the Great Patriotic War, members of the United Russia political party, leaders of public organizations from different regions of the Russian Federation, and many others.
